Cabezal PinBoard is a very flexible tool allowing Groove users to share a noticeboard.

It's very similar to a physical noticeboard, in that when you pin a note on the board, everyone else sees your note. You can move notes around, re-size them, and choose different backgrounds.

Unlike a physical noticeboard, notes can have "alarms " - so that you're notified when an important time passes; and notes can be used for a "quick poll ", requesting your fellow space members' opinions on a topic.


Installing PinBoard

Installation instructions can be found at the Cabezal web site, http://www.cabezal.com/Products/PinBoard . Many users won't need to install PinBoard from the web, because they'll simply find PinBoard in one of their Groove spaces, where it will install automatically. However, if you want to be able to add PinBoards to spaces yourself, you need to install from the Web site.


Adding PinBoard into your space

When you have installed PinBoard from the Cabezal web site, it will appear in your "Add Tool" list. Simply select "PinBoard" in the list and press OK.
