To move a note around the screen, simply click and drag the note to its new position. Other members of the space will also see the note in its new position.

If you hold the SHIFT key while dragging, the note will easily scroll beyond the right- and bottom boundaries of the visible screen area. There is no practical limit to the size of the screen.

To re-size a note:

• Click once to select the note. A small black "handle" appears in the lower corner of the note.
• Click and drag the "handle" to the new size.
  

Notes can be overlapped, or even overlaid on top of each other. The overlap-order (also called the "z-order") can be changed from the menus. From the main menu, select "Edit" - "Order", then

• Forward, to move the seleted note nearer to the "front";
• Front, to move the selected note in front of all other notes;
• Backward, to move the selected note nearer to the "back",
• Back, to move the selected note behind all other notes.
