The contents of the PinBoard can be exported in two formats:

• XML, a binary XML format which is a complete representation of the pinboard's contents;
• Structured Text, which is a plaintext version of the pinboard's notes (and hence loses all text formatting in the notes).
  

To export, choose "File - Export" from the menu.
