- Font options (typeface, text size, text colour, bold, italic, underline and strikeout), and
- Paragraph options (alignment, indentation, bullets).
Some of the common formatting options have shortcut keys:
- Ctrl+B for
- Select the document you want to link to.
- Press the "copy as link" toolbar icon, or right-click and select "Copy as Link" (or Ctrl+L, usually)
- Edit your note and paste the link (with Ctrl+V).
The link will appear in your note as underlined text (usually with the title of whatever you copied).
- The discussion tool has both a toolbar icon and the right-click "copy as link" option; also "Edit - Copy Entry As Link" on the main menu.
- The PinBoard itself has the toolbar icon, so you can make links between notes in a single pinboard, or between different pinboard tools.
- The Files tool has a "copy as link" option when you right-click a file or folder, and "Edit - Copy As Link" on the main menu.
- The Pictures tool has a toolbar icon, and "Edit - Copy Picture as Link" on the main menu.
- Tool tabs have a "copy as link" option on the right-click menu.
